Study with a Secret Histories lore fragment of the same level to upgrade to the next level. Or study with Reason to break the lore into lower-level fragments.

This lore can be obtained by combining two Vagabond's Map, or by reading The Voyages of Ferninshun of Oreol, obtained from Lagun's Tomb or Miah.

Note: This lore is the only type that is Unique, so care must be taken to use one Anecdote before obtaining another, or one of the two will be destroyed.
