Cultist Simulator is a game created by Alexis Kennedy of Weather Factory and the first game in the Secret Histories franchise. It was released on May 31, 2018. A spin-off game set in the same universe called Book of Hours is in development.

Cultist Simulator was released in three editions. A free demo is also available.
- Cultist Simulator - The standard version of the game. Includes access to all free updates, but no paid DLC, which must be purchased separately.
- Perpetual Edition - Includes the game plus free access to all updates and DLC. Only available by pre-ordering or buying during a limited post-launch window.
- Anthology Edition - A bundle with the game plus all updates, DLC, and the official soundtrack at a 15% discount off the total price.

Four paid add-ons were released for Cultist Simulator in the form of four new Legacies. All DLCs were included in the Perpetual Edition and Anthology Edition.
