Sealed Bureau File is legacy card you can obtain by working with the Inspector's Position.
It can either be burnt at Work, opened with Study, or consumed by Temptation by not using any Reason to resist.
Upon opening, you'll inherit the Temptation of your previous character, receive 1 Fascination and 1 Dread.
Burning Bureau File[ | ]

If you burnt the Sealed Bureau File, you'll receive a Burning Bureau File, which disappears after 10 seconds. While burning, you can still use it the same way with Sealed Bureau File.
Troubling Bureau File[ | ]

If you burnt the Sealed Bureau File and it perfectly disappeared, you'll receive a new Troubling Bureau File when you succeed capturing a Troublemaker. This card has the same function as Sealed Bureau File with only its name and description different.
